Questions

Three things people ask first

Both. Most of our work begins with an existing wall that has been extended over many years. We survey the installed points, trace the wiring and rebuild the point list before designing any change. New installations follow the same survey discipline, so the as-built record starts clean from day one.

Yes. We travel to plant sites across the region for surveys, commissioning and support reviews. Travel time and expenses are agreed in the written scope before work begins, and remote sessions can cover design reviews and operator training when a site visit is not practical.

The existing tag list if one exists, a few photographs of the panel or control room, the operating hours that matter most and any recent incident notes. That is usually enough for a short written view of what an integrated design would change. If no documents exist, a plain description of the plant and the equipment is a fine start.
